Logitrack AI is built by AggAiLabs Software Solutions Pvt Ltd — the Pune-based team behind FreighAI, the agentic AI operations platform for freight forwarders. We say that up front because it matters: this site goes deep on one workflow — the shipment watched and the customer told first — and the depth comes from running that watch live on real forwarders’ desks, not from market research.

Tracking is its own discipline. Carriers don’t announce rollovers — you discover them, usually after your customer’s trucker is booked against a dead ETA. Blank sailings cancel departures whole; a customs hold starts a demurrage clock while the box just sits. Roughly one vessel in three arrives late (Sea-Intelligence, 2026), and your customer judges you not on the delay but on whether they heard about it from you first. Generic automation treats all of this as edge cases; for a forwarder it is simply Tuesday. We built the desk that knows the difference.

The founding team — Chinmay and Saurabh Aggarwal — are DPIIT-recognised (DIPP232097), bootstrapped, and have kept one rule through every release: the desk watches, classifies, re-baselines and drafts first — and a human approves every update that leaves the building, until you deliberately dial it to auto.
